Technicien(ne) de maintenance (H/F/D)

Persag SA recherche, pour l’un de ses partenaires de renom situé dans la région biennoise, un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance afin de renforcer son équipe technique.

Votre mission

Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements ;
  • Intervenir en cas de panne et réaliser les diagnostics nécessaires ;
  • Identifier les causes des dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre les solutions adaptées ;
  • Participer aux opérations de dépannage et de remise en service des installations ;
  • Effectuer les réglages, contrôles et interventions techniques nécessaires ;
  • Assurer le suivi des interventions et renseigner les documents de maintenance ;
  • Collaborer avec les différents services afin de garantir la disponibilité des équipements ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration et à la fiabilisation des installations ;
  • Contribuer à l’identification des possibilités d’optimisation et de réduction des arrêts ;
  • Participer à l’installation et à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements ;
  • Respecter les procédures, standards de qualité et règles de sécurité en vigueur ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production et les autres spécialistes techniques.

Votre profil

Vous êtes également :

  • À l’aise avec le diagnostic et la résolution de problèmes techniques ;
  • Capable d’intervenir de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe ;
  • Rigoureux(se), méthodique et organisé(e) ;
  • Doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse ;
  • À l’aise dans un environnement où les équipements techniques sont variés ;
  • Orienté(e) solutions et capable de garder votre calme face aux situations urgentes ;
  • Sensible aux questions de qualité, de sécurité et de fiabilité ;
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et la documentation technique ;
  • Motivé(e) à développer vos compétences et à suivre l’évolution des technologies.

Une expérience en maintenance industrielle ou sur des équipements automatisés constitue un atout.
