Deine Aufgaben:

People Operations

  • Du verantwortest alle Personalprozesse und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter, darunter Verträge, Kündigungen, Vorbereitung der Payroll (gemeinsam mit unserem Steuerbüro), Benefits, Urlaubsplanung, Workation (inkl. A1-Bescheinigungen) sowie On- und Offboarding
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der relevanten arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben sicher
  • Du optimierst und automatisierst unsere HR-Prozesse mit Tools wie Personio und zunehmend auch mit KI

Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

  • Du baust unser Learning & Development Angebot auf und verantwortest es, vom Onboarding-Enablement bis zu gezielten Trainings für Mitarbeitende und People Leads
  • Du entwickelst Karrierepfade und ein schlankes Kompetenzmodell, die Entwicklung und Erwartungen im ganzen Unternehmen transparent machen
  • Du verantwortest unseren Feedback- und Entwicklungszyklus (Entwicklungsgespräche, Retrospektiven) und entwickelst ihn kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du entwickelst Initiativen, die unsere Unternehmenskultur stärken, und setzt sie um
  • Du berätst und coachst unsere People Leads und gestaltest mit ihnen starke Teams sowie Rollen, Strukturen und Zusammenarbeit, die mit unserem Wachstum Schritt halten
  • Du bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für alle HR-Fragen unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Du organisierst und leitest Teamevents und Offsites, die unser Team zusammenbringen

Recruiting

  • Du steuerst Recruitingprozesse von Anfang bis Ende gemeinsam mit unseren People Leads, von der Definition von Teambedarf und Profilen bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit Freelancern und externen Partnern
  • Du sorgst für einen schnellen, strukturierten Einstellungsprozess, der auch für Bewerbende eine gute Erfahrung ist

Projekte

  • Du treibst strategische P&C- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekte gemeinsam im People & Culture Team und mit der Geschäftsführung voran

Deine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich People & Culture, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse operativer HR-Prozesse und der Grundlagen des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und echte Begeisterung für Menschen und Kultur
  • Erfahrung in Team- oder Organisationsentwicklung, zum Beispiel in der Moderation von Retrospektiven, Workshops oder Teamentwicklungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Software wie Personio und großes Interesse an der Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Coaching von Führungskräften ist ein Plus
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, und du teilst gern Verantwortung in einem kleinen Team
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
