AUFGABEN:

Technischer Kundensupport auf Deutsch über Sprachkanäle

Unterstützung von Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Haushaltsgeräten

Behebung technischer und produktbezogener Probleme

Ermittlung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Bereitstellung klarer und präziser Lösungen

Anleitung der Kunden durch geeignete Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung

Genaue Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen und relevanten Fallinformationen

Weiterleitung komplexer technischer Probleme bei Bedarf

Während jeder Interaktion einen professionellen und kundenorientierten Umgang pflegen

Die erforderlichen Qualitäts-, Produktivitäts- und Kundenservicestandards einhalten.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 (keine Englischkenntnisse nötig)

Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder im technischen Support sind von Vorteil

Gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Probleme von Kunden zu beheben

Kundenorientierter und lösungsorientierter Ansatz

Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail

Sicherer Umgang mit Computersystemen und internen Tools

Fähigkeit, in einem strukturierten Kundensupport-Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten

Bereitschaft, in den ersten drei Monaten vollständig vor Ort in Bukarest zu arbeiten

Recht auf Arbeit in Rumänien / gültige Arbeitserlaubnis.
