Maxi ICA Stormarknad Toftanäs är en modern och expansiv butik med höga ambitioner inom ledarskap, medarbetarskap och kundupplevelse. Vi tror på att engagerade medarbetare skapar nöjda kunder och arbetar kontinuerligt med att utveckla både vår verksamhet och våra ledare.

Nu söker vi en HR-ansvarig som vill vara en nyckelperson i vårt fortsatta utvecklingsarbete.

Om tjänsten

Som HR-ansvarig har du en central och verksamhetsnära roll där du fungerar som ett kvalificerat stöd till butikens chefer i alla HR-relaterade frågor. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med att utveckla organisationen, stötta ledare och säkerställa effektiva HR-processer.

Rollen är bred och varierande. Du arbetar bland annat med rekrytering, rehabilitering, arbetsrättsliga frågor, kompetensutveckling och arbetsmiljö samtidigt som du driver förbättringsarbete och utvecklar butikens HR-processer. Du följer upp personalrelaterade nyckeltal och bidrar aktivt till att skapa en attraktiv arbetsplats med ett starkt ledarskap och engagerade medarbetare.

Du arbetar nära butikschef, driftchefer och övriga ledare och får stora möjligheter att påverka hur HR-arbetet utvecklas framåt.

Vi söker dig som

Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom HR eller personalvetenskap och några års erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete. Du känner dig trygg i arbetsrätt, rehabilitering och personalärenden och har erfarenhet av att stötta chefer i både vardagliga och mer komplexa HR-frågor.

Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du bygger förtroende genom ett professionellt bemötande och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer på alla nivåer i organisationen. Du trivs i ett högt tempo där du behöver prioritera mellan olika frågor samtidigt som du arbetar långsiktigt med utveckling och förbättring.

Har du erfarenhet från detaljhandeln eller dagligvarubranschen är det meriterande, liksom kunskap om handelns kollektivavtal och erfarenhet av HR- och personalsystem.
