Om tjänsten

Som konditoriansvarig har du en central roll i den dagliga driften på avdelningen. Du är närvarande i produktionen och arbetar tillsammans med teamet för att säkerställa att våra kunder varje dag möts av ett inspirerande, välfyllt och attraktivt sortiment av tårtor, bakverk och desserter med hög kvalitet.

Rollen passar dig som tycker om att vara där det händer. Du kombinerar ditt eget hantverk med att stötta och utveckla kollegorna omkring dig och tillsammans med Bagerichefen driver du konditoriets fortsatta utveckling framåt.

Du bidrar till att skapa struktur och goda arbetssätt samtidigt som du uppmuntrar kreativitet, arbetsglädje och nya idéer. För oss är kvaliteten på produkterna lika viktig som kundupplevelsen och teamets utveckling.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har stor erfarenhet från konditori, bageri eller liknande verksamhet och ett genuint intresse för yrket. Du har god förståelse för hantverket och ett öga för såväl kvalitet och presentation som försäljning och kundupplevelse.

Som person är du engagerad, ansvarstagande och resultatinriktad. Du trivs i ett högt tempo, kan prioritera när mycket händer samtidigt och är inte rädd för att själv arbeta operativt tillsammans med teamet.

Du har också ett naturligt intresse för ledarskap och tycker om att dela med dig av dina kunskaper. Du motiveras av att se andra utvecklas och vill bidra till att både konditorerna och avdelningen fortsätter att växa.
