Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de advogado(a) com experiência em contencioso cível ou consumidor para integrar nossa equipe de prazos. O profissional será responsável pela produção técnica de peças processuais em ações de alta volumetria, com atuação em diferentes sistemas judiciais e tribunais do país. Esperamos perfil comprometido com prazos, com boa escrita jurídica e domínio da rotina forense.

Principais atribuições:

  • Elaboração e revisão de contestações e demais peças processuais relacionadas ao contencioso cível bancário;
  • Participação em audiências, com atuação voltada à defesa de instituições financeiras;
  • Análise e condução estratégica de ações envolvendo Direito Bancário e Direito do Consumidor;
  • Acompanhamento processual e cumprimento de prazos.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB;
  • Experiência comprovada em Direito Bancário e Direito do Consumidor;
  • Conhecimento prático de produtos bancários, como cartão de crédito, empréstimo consignado, entre outros;
  • Experiência em audiências e elaboração de peças processuais.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação na área cível, bancária ou em Direito do Consumidor;
  • Experiência com carteiras de grande volume e atuação para instituições financeiras de grande porte;
  • Perfil proativo, organizado, estratégico e com boa comunicação interpessoal.
