Descrição da Vaga:

Procuramos um(a) profissional com perfil organizado, proativo e atento a detalhes para atuar no suporte às rotinas do contencioso de volume. O(a) assistente prestará apoio direto às atividades administrativas da área jurídica, auxiliando na execução de tarefas operacionais, alimentando sistemas internos e acompanhando prazos e demandas dos clientes. Não é necessário formação em Direito.

Principais atribuições:

  • Lançamento, atualização e controle de dados em sistemas jurídicos (CPJ-3C e plataforma do cliente)
  • Solicitação e acompanhamento de subsídios, encerramentos, pagamentos e obrigações de fazer
  • Organização e monitoramento de tarefas administrativas vinculadas aos processos judiciais
  • Apoio à equipe jurídica no cumprimento de fluxos internos e externos
  • Elaboração de relatórios operacionais e suporte à área de controladoria
  • Atendimento de demandas internas e comunicação com setores parceiros

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável ensino superior em curso – qualquer área)
  • Experiência prévia com rotinas administrativas (de preferência em escritório, cartório, empresa ou setor jurídico)
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos
  • Domínio básico/intermediário de Excel
  • Facilidade para lidar com sistemas e plataformas operacionais
