Dann zeig uns einfach, was Du drauf hast! Am Mittwoch, 18.11.2026, öffnen wir unser Büro in München für den SDR Hiring Day. Einen Tag lang erlebst Du, wie Sales bei Peter Park wirklich läuft: mit unserem Team, echten Aufgaben aus dem Alltag als Sales Development Representative (SDR) und jeder Menge Raum für Deine Fragen.

Deine Mission:

Als SDR im Innendienst bist Du der erste Kontakt zu neuen B2B-Kund:innen. Du findest Parkflächen mit Potenzial, prüfst, ob sie zu uns passen, und vereinbarst die ersten Termine für unsere Account Executives. Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Pipeline voll bleibt und digitales, schrankenloses Parken an immer mehr Orte kommt.

Der SDR Hiring Day auf einen Blick

  • Wann: Mittwoch, 18.11.2026, 09:00 bis 17:00 Uhr
  • Wo: Peter Park, Balanstraße 71a, München (Neue Balan)
  • Format: 12 bis 15 Teilnehmende in kleinen Gruppen
  • Kosten: null. Mittagessen und Getränke gehen auf uns.

Das erwartet Dich

  • Speed-Meeting: In kurzen Runden lernst Du unsere SDRs und Account Executives kennen.
  • Case-Strecke „Vom Parkplatz zum Termin“: Mit Deiner Gruppe nimmst Du Dir einen typischen Lead aus Klinik, Kommune oder Handel vor. Ihr recherchiert, qualifiziert, führt einen Übungs-Call mit Einwänden und schreibt die Follow-up-Mail. Danach gibt es Feedback und eine zweite Runde.
  • Session mit Stefan Schenk (CCO): Wie Peter Park entstanden ist, wohin wir wachsen und was das für Dich bedeutet.
  • Ein Nachmittag am Platz: Du schaust unseren SDRs über die Schulter, siehst unsere Tools mit Demo-Daten und fragst alles, was Du zum Arbeitsalltag wissen willst.
  • Kurzgespräch 1:1: Ein persönliches Gespräch, damit wir uns gegenseitig besser kennenlernen.

So geht es weiter

Am Tag selbst entscheiden wir nichts, also kein Druck vor Ort. Bis Freitag, 20.11., hörst Du von uns. Passt es für beide Seiten, laden wir Dich in der Woche ab dem 23.11. zum finalen Gespräch mit Case ein.
