Deine Mission: Du garantierst gemeinsam mit unserem Installationsteam den nahtlosen Betrieb unserer Systeme in der gesamten DACH-Region.

Wir suchen in Bayern / Süddeutschland nach Unterstützung.

Was ist Deine Aufgabe?

  • Störungsbehebung: Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Installationsteam sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Systeme (bestehend aus Automaten, Kameras, Beschilderung und weiteren Komponenten) beim Kunden reibungslos laufen. Dabei identifizierst Du Fehlerursachen und behebst Funktionsstörungen eigenständig vor Ort.
  • Kundenorientierung: Vor Ort bist Du das Gesicht von Peter Park - freundlich, lösungsorientiert und mit einem Gespür, was der Kunde gerade wirklich braucht.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du stimmst Dich eng mit anderen Teams ab (z.B. Customer Success, Projektmanagement) und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf beim Kunden.
  • Abwechslungsreicher Alltag: Du bist im Außendienst unterwegs und triffst dabei auf ganz unterschiedliche Kund:innen, Parkflächen und Problemstellungen.

Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine erfolgreiche abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker / Elektroinstallateur oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund (z.B. Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft).
  • Berufserfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen als Servicetechniker oder im Kundendienst sind ein großes Plus.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und gibst Dich mit "passt schon" nicht zufrieden.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: Gute EDV-Grundkenntnisse gehören für Dich zum Alltag.
  • Mindset: Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit im Denken und Handeln zeichnen Dich aus; Du behälst auch den Überblick, wenn etwas mal schiefläuft und arbeitest zielstrebig, pragmatisch und proaktiv an einer nachhaltigen Lösung.
  • Führerschein: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (Anhängerführerschein von Vorteil).
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein grundsätzliches Verständnis auf Englisch sind erforderlich.

Work Setup:

  • 40 Stunden pro Woche (Vertrauensbasis)
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Arbeitsort: Start von zu Hause aus, Einsatzgebiet: Bayern / Süddeutschland
  • Montagebereitschaft: Ziel ist es, dass Du abends zu Hause bist - für entferntere Einsätze bringst Du die Flexibilität für ca. 1-2 Übernachtungen pro Woche mit
  • Team: 7 Kolleg:innen

Deine IT-Ausrüstung und Dein Equipment (Firmenhandy, Laptop, Arbeitskleidung, Werkzeuge und Servicefahrzeug) werden Dir für Deinen perfekten Start ab Tag eins bereitgestellt.
