A PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) está em busca de um(a) Analista Sênior de Tecnologia da Informação para apoiar a evolução das plataformas comerciais da companhia nas Américas, conectando tecnologia e negócio para impulsionar a eficiência operacional, a qualidade dos dados e a performance de vendas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições · Desenvolver, monitorar e sustentar integrações entre sistemas corporativos da PETRONAS (Salesforce/SFA, ERP e DMS) e sistemas de distribuidores nos países das Américas.· Garantir a qualidade, segurança e disponibilidade dos fluxos de dados entre plataformas, minimizando retrabalhos e interrupções operacionais.· Gerenciar demandas e projetos de tecnologia voltados às áreas Comercial e de Vendas, atuando desde o levantamento de requisitos até a entrega da solução.· Coordenar cronogramas, riscos, orçamento, fornecedores e stakeholders, assegurando entregas dentro dos prazos e com geração de valor para o negócio.· Administrar e evoluir a plataforma Salesforce, incluindo gestão de usuários, permissões, automações, objetos, relatórios e processos comerciais.· Promover a adoção das soluções digitais e garantir a qualidade das informações utilizadas pelas equipes de vendas.· Atuar no suporte e sustentação dos sistemas comerciais, gerenciando incidentes, melhorias, fornecedores e controles de segurança.· Desenvolver e aprimorar dashboards, relatórios e modelos analíticos em Power BI para acompanhamento de indicadores de vendas, performance comercial e canais de distribuição.· Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes regionais e locais para garantir consistência, confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos dados utilizados na tomada de decisão.· Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital, automação de processos e melhoria contínua das plataformas comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos Obrigatórios· Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.· Experiência com administração, configuração ou suporte de Salesforce.· Experiência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia.· Conhecimento em integrações de sistemas, APIs e fluxos de dados.· Experiência com Power BI, incluindo modelagem de dados e criação de dashboards.· Conhecimento de processos comerciais e operações de vendas.· Inglês avançado.· Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.Requisitos Desejáveis· Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas relacionadas.· Certificações Salesforce.· Certificações em Gestão de Projetos (PMP, PMI, Scrum, Agile).· Conhecimento em SQL, ETL e integrações via REST API.· Experiência em ambientes multinacionais ou com atuação regional.· Conhecimento de CRM, SFA e sistemas de gestão de distribuidores.Competências que buscamos· Visão de negócio e pensamento estratégico.· Capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.· Gestão de múltiplas prioridades e projetos.· Comunicação e influência.· Relacionamento com stakeholders.· Colaboração e trabalho em equipe.· Orientação para resultados.
