HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

Build risk assessment and training decision automation

  • Lead efforts to centralize role and training data so it is consistent, easy to find, and easy to apply.
  • Use Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools (such as SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) to create practical solutions that work within existing licensing and current resources.
  • Partner with Digital teams and AI subject matter experts to determine how solutions can be developed, operationalized, and added to the existing Digital Governance pipeline.
  • Build in human review points (stage-gates) so automated outcomes remain accurate, defensible, and aligned with controlled procedures.

Lead eOJT implementation and expansion

  • Act as the PGS Learning eOJT subject matter expert, supporting sites through deployment, go-live, and transition of paper-based OJTs into eOJT.
  • Lead or support implementation projects, including project plans, stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • Guide sites on authoring and migration, including the use of Master Templates, Global OJTs, AI-assisted authoring and migration, credit waivers, and reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities and use cases to continually expand eOJT adoption and value across the network.
  • Coordinate with the Smart Factory eOJT Solution Team, site stakeholders, and the PGS Learning eOJT Business Owner on enhancements, issue resolution, and release readiness.

Advance learning technology across the network

  • Identify and evaluate new learning and performance technologies, including generative AI and tools that support training in the flow of work.
  • Help develop business cases and participate in local pilots where appropriate.
  • Track progress against key milestones, gather data and feedback to measure success, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to the network for issues with online content, authoring tools, and learning technologies.
  • Educate, coach, and engage the Learning team and network on the capabilities and use of authoring tools and learning technologies.

  • Mastery of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of the eOJT application (any role, such as Author, Master Author, Reviewer, or Trainer), or demonstrated ability to quickly become an expert user of a new digital training system.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
