  • Selection & Assessment: Apply assessment science, psychometrics, research, and technology to develop, validate, evaluate, and improve selection approaches that support effective, fair, and evidence-based talent acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to address high-priority talent, workforce, and organizational questions.
  • Apply research design, measurement, statistical, and psychometric methods to evaluate talent practices, assessments, programs, or pilots.
  • Support the design and evolution of employee listening, workforce analytics, selection, and assessment solutions.
  • Analyze selection assessment data to answer practical business questions about validity, reliability, fairness, candidate outcomes, and process effectiveness.
  • Integrate multiple data sources and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Explore innovation opportunities with AI and emerging technologies in talent analytics, employee listening, and selection assessment.
  • Partner with global teams and external vendors to solve emerging business challenges.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Data & Analytics, and other teams while progressing multiple workstreams.

  • Within six months of dissertation defense at the start of the internship.
  • Strong foundation in research design, measurement, statistics, and applied organizational research.
  • Ability to communicate complex research and analytical findings clearly.
  • Interest in and willingness to work in Talent Analytics & Insights, Selection & Assessment, or both.

Preferred

  • Experience in employee selection, assessment development or validation, psychometrics, employee listening, employee experience research, or people analytics.
  • Experience with statistical programming, data visualization, or tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI applications, responsible AI, data privacy, or algorithmic assessment.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
