Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Ambulant Begeleider (28 tot 32 uur per week) – FWG 40 (€ 2.951 tot € 3.980) – Groningen

Wil jij zelfstandig werken en écht verschil maken in het dagelijks leven van mensen? Houd je van afwisseling, vrijheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is dit jouw plek als ambulant begeleider!

Locatie

Je werkt ambulant in de provincie Groningen, onder andere in Groningen, Haren, Loppersum, Stadskanaal en Marum. Je begeleidt volwassenen vanaf 18 jaar met onder andere een verstandelijke of licht verstandelijke beperking, autisme, ADHD, NAH of psychische problematiek. Je werkt bij mensen thuis, op ontmoetingsplekken en binnen groepsbegeleiding.

Jouw team

Je wordt onderdeel van een team van ongeveer 13 ambulant begeleiders. Iedereen werkt zelfstandig, maar jullie staan er zeker niet alleen voor. Je hebt veel contact via telefonisch overleg, team overleggen en intervisie en werkt regelmatig samen met collega's of andere betrokken professionals. Het team is volop in ontwikkeling en bouwt verder aan ontmoetingsplekken en groepsbegeleiding.

Jouw uitdaging

Als ambulant begeleider begeleid je cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en ondersteun je hen bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en hulpvragen. Je werkt bij mensen thuis, maar ook op ontmoetingsplekken en binnen groepsbegeleiding. Je hebt contact met familie en andere betrokkenen en werkt waar nodig samen met gemeenten en andere instanties. Daarnaast denk je mee over activiteiten en nieuwe vormen van begeleiding, zoals samen koken, eten, koffie drinken of gezamenlijk aan een hulpvraag werken.

Omdat je veel zelfstandig werkt, bepaal je voor een groot deel zelf hoe je je werk organiseert. Je houdt overzicht, maakt professionele keuzes en schakelt wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Soms geef je iemand de ruimte om zelf stappen te zetten, soms bied je juist duidelijkheid en structuur. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen: met liefde zie je wat iemand nodig heeft, met lef durf je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en met meesterschap weet je wanneer je moet handelen, afstemmen of juist ruimte geven. Zo help je cliënten om zo zelfstandig mogelijk mee te doen in het dagelijks leven.

Wat krijg je van ons?

· Een contract voor bepaalde of onbepaalde tijd, 28 tot 32 uur per week, met een salaris volgens FWG 40 (€ 2.951 tot € 3.980 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur). · Pensioen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen. · Ondersteuning om fysiek en mentaal gezond te blijven, met onder andere coaching, fitness en mindfulness. · Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen binnen de ambulante begeleiding en je verder te verdiepen in verschillende doelgroepen en begeleidingsvormen.

Wie ben jij?

Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, houdt overzicht over je eigen agenda en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar verschillende hulpvragen en vindt het leuk om naast begeleiden ook te organiseren, samen te werken en nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

· Een afgeronde zorgopleiding op minimaal mbo niveau 4. · Ervaring binnen de zorg; ervaring met ambulante begeleiding is mooi meegenomen. · Goede communicatieve, administratieve en digitale vaardigheden, zodat je zelfstandig kunt rapporteren en plannen. · Een rijbewijs B en eigen auto, omdat je werkzaam bent in de hele provincie Groningen. · Bereidheid om ongeveer één avond per week te werken, tot maximaal ongeveer 19.30 uur.
