Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Begeleider LVB (24-32 uur per week) – FWG 35 (€ 2.597 tot € 3.635) – Huizen

Kun jij bewoners stimuleren om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen, maar ook duidelijkheid bieden wanneer dat nodig is? Ga jij die uitdaging aan? Dan is dit jouw plek als begeleider LVB!

Op locatie De Amer in Huizen wonen mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB). Bewoners wonen in 40 appartementen, verdeeld over vijf woongroepen, en hebben ieder hun eigen ondersteuningsvraag en mate van zelfstandigheid. Thuis is er ruimte voor activiteiten in de grote tuin, met onder andere een trampoline, sociale contacten en het werken aan persoonlijke doelen.

Jouw team

Als begeleider LVB werk je in een team met een warme sfeer, humor en vertrouwen. Samen zorgen jullie voor duidelijkheid en een herkenbare manier van begeleiden. Jullie delen wat je ziet, bespreken wat bewoners nodig hebben en werken daarnaast samen met collega’s, familie, vrijwilligers en mensen uit de buurt.

Jouw uitdaging

Je biedt structuur en ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals koken, huishouden, financiën, sociale contacten, werk of dagbesteding en het plannen van de dag. Je kijkt naar wat iemand zelf kan, legt uit waar dat nodig is en oefent samen wanneer een volgende stap mogelijk is. Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag, stemming of ondersteuningsbehoefte en bespreekt die met collega’s.

Je geeft duidelijke grenzen en houvast wanneer dat nodig is, maar neemt niet automatisch iets over omdat dat sneller of makkelijker is. Je zoekt steeds de balans tussen ondersteunen en loslaten. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op, durft duidelijk te zijn en zet jouw vakkennis in om te bepalen wanneer je ondersteunt en wanneer je ruimte geeft. Zo help je bewoners om meer grip te krijgen op hun dagelijks leven en eigen keuzes te maken.

  • Een contract voor [contractvorm niet vermeld] met een salaris volgens FWG 35 (€ 2.597 tot € 3.635 o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • ORT, pensioen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Je roostert samen met collega’s, zodat je invloed hebt op je rooster.
  • Ondersteuning om fysiek en mentaal gezond te blijven, met onder andere coaching, fitness en mindfulness.
  • Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen met trainingen gericht op LVB, eigen regie, communicatie en de begeleidingsmethodieken die op jouw locatie worden gebruikt, zoals belevingsgerichte zorg en Active Support.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent duidelijk en geduldig en ziet wat bewoners zelf kunnen. Je biedt houvast wanneer dat nodig is en geeft ruimte wanneer iemand een volgende stap zelf kan zetten.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een mbo-3 of mbo-4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Affiniteit met mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking en het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid.
  • Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten, weekenddiensten en slaapdiensten te werken.
