Locatie

Op De Vijverhof in Kampen wonen elf ouder wordende bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. De bewoners zijn tussen de 48 en 83 jaar oud. Naast LVB is er steeds vaker sprake van bijvoorbeeld NAH, autisme, psychiatrische problematiek of andere bijkomende hulpvragen. Philadelphia werkt hier samen met IJsselheem in hetzelfde pand, waardoor bewoners kunnen deelnemen aan activiteiten van beide organisaties.

Jouw team

Als Begeleider LVB werk je in Team 2 van De Vijverhof. Het team begeleidt elf bewoners en is volop in ontwikkeling. Door de veranderende doelgroep is er steeds meer behoefte aan collega's die samen kijken naar gedrag, begeleidingsvragen en wat bewoners nodig hebben. Je werkt samen aan een duidelijke en passende manier van begeleiden.

Jouw uitdaging

Je ondersteunt bewoners bij het dagelijks leven en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Je biedt structuur, voert gesprekken, ondersteunt bij activiteiten en helpt waar nodig bij lichte ADL, zoals douchen, wassen, afdrogen, steunkousen en aan- en uitkleden. Je kijkt daarbij steeds naar wat iemand zelf kan en wat er achter gedrag of een hulpvraag zit.

Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Liefde betekent dat je aandacht hebt voor de bewoner en de persoon achter het gedrag leert kennen. Lef betekent dat je duidelijk bent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en durft te handelen wanneer dat nodig is. Meesterschap betekent dat je jouw kennis inzet en weet welke begeleiding passend is. Zo help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk eigen regie te houden en zich begrepen en ondersteund te voelen.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd van gemiddeld 20 uur per week, met een salaris van € 2.597,- tot € 3.635,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur, FWG 35.
  • ORT bij onregelmatige diensten, vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering en pensioen. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kunnen ook maandelijks worden uitbetaald.
  • Trainingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden die aansluiten bij jouw vak, waaronder BHV.
  • Faciliteiten om goed in je vel te zitten, zoals coaching.
  • Wisselende ochtend-, middag-, avond- en weekenddiensten, zonder slaapdiensten.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar gedrag, blijft rustig wanneer situaties ingewikkeld worden en kijkt verder dan wat je direct ziet. Je kunt duidelijk zijn én ruimte geven, werkt graag samen en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen in het begeleiden van ouder wordende bewoners.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een afgerond relevant mbo niveau 3 diploma Zorg & Welzijn; mbo niveau 4 heeft onze voorkeur.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om jouw observaties en afspraken duidelijk vast te leggen.
  • Je kunt werken met digitale systemen, zoals het ECD.
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in LVB, psychiatrie, NAH, autisme of andere dubbele problematiek. Een rijbewijs is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk.
