A Philozon busca um(a) Assistente de Engenharia para atuar no apoio às rotinas de diagnóstico técnico, testes funcionais e análise de falhas em equipamentos, contribuindo diretamente para a qualidade, segurança e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Nossa equipe de Engenharia atua diretamente no suporte técnico, confiabilidade dos equipamentos e melhoria contínua dos processos internos.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades

Apoiar no diagnóstico de equipamentos recebidos da assistência técnica e retrabalho de produção.

Realizar testes funcionais e verificações técnicas em equipamentos e componentes.

Auxiliar na identificação de falhas, causas prováveis e oportunidades de melhoria.

Registrar informações técnicas, diagnósticos realizados e soluções aplicadas.

Apoiar a organização e manutenção das bancadas, ferramentas e equipamentos de teste.

Seguir procedimentos internos de qualidade, segurança e rastreabilidade.

Interagir com as áreas de Assistência Técnica, Produção, Qualidade e Engenharia.

Contribuir com melhorias nos processos de diagnóstico e análise de falhas.

🎓 Requisitos

Essenciais

Formação técnica concluída ou em andamento em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou áreas relacionadas.

Conhecimento básico em elétrica, eletrônica, mecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Raciocínio lógico e capacidade de investigação técnica.

Atenção aos detalhes e organização para seguir procedimentos técnicos.

Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalho em equipe.

Comprometimento com qualidade, segurança e aprendizado contínuo.

Desejáveis

Vivência com assistência técnica, manutenção ou bancada eletrônica.

Conhecimento em instrumentos de medição, testes, calibração e análise de falhas.

Contato com elaboração de relatórios técnicos.

Diferenciais

Leitura de esquemas elétricos.

Soldagem eletrônica.

Experiência com equipamentos médicos ou odontológicos.

Conhecimento em Excel, sistemas de chamados e documentação técnica.

Noções de qualidade, não conformidades e análise de causa raiz.
