A Philozon está em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Produção para integrar nossa equipe de produção de equipamentos eletrônicos voltados à área da saúde.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades

  • Auxiliar na montagem de equipamentos e módulos eletrônicos conforme instruções técnicas.
  • Realizar a montagem de acessórios e aplicadores rígidos e flexíveis.
  • Garantir a qualidade e precisão das montagens seguindo os padrões estabelecidos.
  • Preencher corretamente a documentação de produção, assegurando rastreabilidade e conformidade com as Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).
  • Organizar e arquivar registros do processo produtivo.
  • Auxiliar na identificação e solução de problemas durante a produção.
  • Zelar pelas ferramentas, equipamentos e organização do ambiente de trabalho, seguindo os princípios do programa 5S.
  • Identificar componentes não conformes e realizar os encaminhamentos previstos nos procedimentos internos.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos.
  • Zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa e cumprir as diretrizes da Política da Qualidade.

✅ Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo (obrigatório).
  • Experiência em produção industrial (preferencialmente mínima de 6 meses).
  • Conhecimentos básicos em processos produtivos.
  • Facilidade para seguir procedimentos técnicos e instruções de trabalho.
  • Agilidade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

  • Experiência em montagem de equipamentos ou componentes eletrônicos.
  • Vivência em indústria eletroeletrônica.
  • Conhecimento em testes de precisão e controle de qualidade.
