Co będziesz robić jako Support Specialist?

  • Wspierać klientów przez czat, e-mail i telefon, pomagając im w obsłudze naszej aplikacji.
  • Przeprowadzać wdrożenie produktowe klientów – online, telefonicznie i podczas spotkań online z klientami
  • Testować naszą aplikację, dbając o jej jakość.
  • Tworzyć artykuły, przewodniki i materiały pomocnicze dla klientów.
  • Współpracować z innymi działami, by rozwiązywać problemy i rozwijać nasze produkty.
