Depuis son intégration au groupe Photosol (branche Renouvelables du groupe Rubis) en 2022, Mobexi accélère son développement pour devenir un acteur de référence des services énergétiques.

Spécialiste historique des installations photovoltaïques sur bâtiments et ombrières, nous accompagnons aujourd'hui nos clients dans la conception, le financement, la réalisation, l'exploitation et la maintenance de solutions énergétiques globales : photovoltaïque, stockage, BESS, IRVE, CVC, GTB/GTC et contrats de performance énergétique (CPE).

Dans le cadre de la croissance et du développement de son activité, Mobexi recherche un(e) Responsable Performance Énergétique.

La mission sera de développer, structurer, industrialiser et déployer nos offres de performance énergétique nouvelle génération.

LES MISSIONS

  • Concevoir et structurer les offres : construire nos solutions de performance énergétique (audit et efficacité énergétique, autoconsommation photovoltaïque, stockage, GTB, EMS, CVC, électrification des usages) et standardiser les modèles économiques (financement, CPE, garanties de performance, partage de gains).
  • Structurer et sécuriser les contrats à engagement de performance : définir les protocoles et référentiels de mesure de performance, formaliser les engagements contractuels (consommation, performance financière, carbone), notamment dans le cadre de CPE, calibrer les mécanismes d'intéressement et de pénalité, et sécuriser les risques contractuels en lien avec les équipes juridiques et financières.
  • Appuyer le développement commercial : accompagner les opportunités stratégiques, participer aux soutenances clients et développer les partenariats technologiques.
  • Garantir l'exécution et l’exploitation : assurer la passation des offres vers les équipes BE / EPC / exploitation, suivre les engagements de performance post mise en service et piloter l'amélioration continue.
  • Respect des normes et des processus interne liées aux certifications ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001:

9001 Qualité : Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus du système de management de l'entreprise.

14001 Environnement : Appliquer les procédures internes relatives à la gestion des déchets, à la consommation d’énergie et à la prévention des pollutions ; Adopter un comportement écoresponsable (limiter le gaspillage, optimiser l’utilisation des ressources, etc.).

45001 Santé sécurité : Appliquer les procédures internes relatives à la sécurité et adopter un comportement responsable ; Être acteur dans la remontée d'information pour améliorer la santé et la sécurité au travail

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Bac+5 Ingénieur ou Master spécialisé (énergie, génie climatique, génie électrique, efficacité énergétique);
  • 7 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum en performance énergétique ou energy services;
  • Maîtrise des CPE, du M&V (IPMVP) et de l'analyse technico-économique (CAPEX / OPEX / ROI / TRI);
  • Solides compétences en CVC, GTB/GTC, EMS, photovoltaïque, stockage BESS, IRVE;
  • Leadership transverse, esprit entrepreneurial, forte capacité de structuration et autonome;
  • Une expérience solide chez un acteur de la performance énergétique (société de services énergétiques, intégrateur, exploitant multi-technique ou développeur d'énergies renouvelables)

Vous intégrerez nos locaux à l’Isle Jourdain (Gers) aux portes de Toulouse à travers un poste dans lequel vous pourrez exprimer pleinement votre potentiel et savoir-faire.
