EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT

ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client is a leading real estate company operating worldwide, with a focus on franchising and investments in software, artificial intelligence, and solar projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of the company. The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in Turkish and Spanish, along with advanced proficiency in English.

The individual must be based in Barcelona or open to relocation, with relocation costs not included.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Assistance:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate reservations for flights and hotels, ensuring efficient travel logistics.
  • Liaise with the office in Istanbul for seamless coordination and communication.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with the accountant and lawyer in Barcelona.
  • Assist in financial matters, with knowledge of finance being a bonus.
  • Handle bureaucratic issues and solve administrative challenges.
  • Support the CEO in finding investment opportunities related to artificial intelligence and solar projects.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks.

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with personal and family organization, including scheduling and errands.
  • Coordinate appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide assistance with car and bike-related matters.
  • Purchase tickets for concerts and events as needed

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Display flexibility and agility in managing various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and understand instructions effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and aptitude in technology, particularly in artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to travel to Istanbul if required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish and Spanish
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • No visa issues for living and working in Europe.

BENEFITS

Hybrid Work Arrangement:

  • Work in a hybrid capacity, with Wednesdays remote and other days in the Coworking office in La Plana, Esplugues.
  • During summers, work remotely on both Wednesdays and Fridays.
