SOBRE EL PUESTO:

Estamos buscando un/a Senior Backend Engineer (python) altamente capacitado para unirse al equipo y liderar el desarrollo de sistemas backend para automatizar procesos utilizando tecnologías de IA. En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, construir y mantener servicios que aprovechen la IA y el aprendizaje automático para automatizar flujos de trabajo complejos y mejorar la eficiencia. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con científicos de datos, ingenieros de IA y equipos de producto para asegurar una integración fluida de soluciones de IA en nuestra infraestructura backend.

RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS

  • Desarrollar una plataforma distribuida de alta disponibilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Desarrollo backend para automatización impulsada por IA: Diseñar e implementar sistemas backend que habiliten la automatización de procesos mediante modelos de IA y aprendizaje automático, garantizando una infraestructura robusta y escalable.
  • Integración de servicios de IA: Trabajar con servicios y bibliotecas de IA de terceros para implementar soluciones que mejoren la automatización de procesos y la toma de decisiones dentro de nuestros sistemas.
  • Monitoreo y optimización: Monitorear continuamente el rendimiento de los procesos impulsados por IA, identificando cuellos de botella y oportunidades de optimización.
  • Colaboración transversal: Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto, ingenieros de IA y partes interesadas del negocio para identificar y priorizar oportunidades de automatización, traduciendo estas en soluciones técnicas.
  • Colaborar con tu equipo participando en revisiones de código entre pares.
  • Colaborar en un entorno Ágil para entregar soluciones escalables y bien diseñadas, mientras se mejora continuamente la arquitectura de la aplicación.

REQUISITOS DE EXPERIENCIA LABORAL:

  • 6-7 años de experiencia en roles de desarrollo de software, específicamente implementando aplicaciones escalables y de alta disponibilidad utilizando frameworks como Flask o FastAPI para el desarrollo backend.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de la arquitectura RESTful API y experiencia práctica con metodologías de desarrollo Ágil.
  • Fuerte comprensión de bases de datos (tanto SQL como NoSQL).
  • Experiencia con plataformas en la nube (AWS, GCP o Azure) y herramientas como Docker y Kubernetes para desplegar aplicaciones escalables.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y liderazgo, con la capacidad de guiar la dirección técnica del producto y asegurar la entrega de una plataforma robusta y de alto rendimiento.
  • Dominio fluido del inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
  • Resolución de problemas, colaboración, proactividad y sentido de propiedad.
