En PIB Group Iberia buscamos una persona para nuestro equipo de gestión de cuentas en Operaciones. Tu trabajo será clave para mantener actualizada la cartera de clientes y acompañar a los equipos en su gestión diaria.

Somos un proyecto en crecimiento: en poco más de dos años hemos integrado más de 30 corredurías y nos hemos situado entre los cinco principales brókeres de España. Hay mucho por construir, y queremos hacerlo con personas que tengan ganas de aportar.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día? 📋

  • Mantener actualizada la información de la cartera de clientes.
  • Hacer seguimiento de las renovaciones y modificaciones de pólizas.
  • Generar y controlar recibos y matrices, y resolver posibles discrepancias.
  • Preparar y revisar facturas, así como comprobar la correcta imputación de cobros.
  • Gestionar anulaciones de pólizas y comunicar los cambios a las áreas correspondientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación de CFGM o Bachillerato y acreditación de Mediador de Seguros II.
  • Buen manejo de Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Experiencia con Elevia, imprescindible para el puesto.
  • Inglés: se valorará.

Nos encantaría que fueras una persona organizada, atenta al detalle y con facilidad para comunicarte y trabajar en equipo; alguien con iniciativa para resolver incidencias y gestionar sus tareas con autonomía.
