The posting

The Role:

  • Perform receiving (including unstuff of containers), warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Organize incoming stocks/stocks in accordance with the warehouse management plan.
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock take, or upon request.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movement, as per our internal process and audit compliance.
  • Report any discrepancies or damage in inventory immediately.
  • Pick, prepare packing labels and pack goods as per order confirmation requirements.
  • Follow and support all local deliveries to sites.
  • Ensure that warehouse is tidy, clean and remove any safety hazards from aisles.
  • Prepare Pick Lists, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists as per order confirmation, with minimal supervision.
  • Coordination with the respective forwarders for shipment arrangement.

What Do You Need to Have?

  • GCE N Level and above qualification.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. MUST be physically fit – must be able to carry cartons up to 25kg
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
