Als Founders Associate (Assistenz der Geschäftsführung) arbeitest Du direkt mit den Gründern von Picea zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in alle Bereiche eines wachsenden Biotechnologieunternehmens. Du unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen, koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Projekte und übernimmst Verantwortung für operative Themen im Tagesgeschäft. Dabei bewegst Du Dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Business Development, Operations und Unternehmensaufbau. Die Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen, eigene Themen voranzutreiben und die Entwicklung von Picea aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Mitarbeit an strategischen, operativen und organisatorischen Themen der Geschäftsführung
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und interner Initiativen
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen, Analysen und sonstigen Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung neuer Geschäfts- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche und selbstständige Bearbeitung laufender Themen
  • Strukturierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen, organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben im Unternehmensalltag

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor und- oder Master), bevorzugt im naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Umfeld
  • Alternativ relevante Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Operations, Administration oder vergleichbaren Funktionen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu koordinieren und Prioritäten sinnvoll zu setzen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Interesse an Technologie, Innovation und dem Aufbau eines wachsenden Unternehmens
