Als Research Technician im Bereich Lab Administration & Project Support unterstützt Du unser Strain Development Team bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Koordination von Labor- und Projektaktivitäten. Du sorgst dafür, dass Laborabläufe reibungslos funktionieren, Materialien und Geräte jederzeit verfügbar sind und Entwicklungsprojekte effizient umgesetzt werden können. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Wissenschaftler*innen zusammen und übernimmst sowohl administrative als auch praktische Aufgaben im Laboralltag. Deine Arbeit schafft die Grundlage für eine strukturierte, sichere und produktive Forschungsumgebung.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Laborbetriebs sowie laufender Entwicklungsprojekte.
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege, Organisation und Einsatzbereitschaft von Laborgeräten und Infrastruktur.
  • Unterstützung wissenschaftlicher Teams bei der Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten und im operativen Laborbetrieb.
  • Unterstützung bei Dokumentation, Datenerfassung, Protokollierung sowie der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten.
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Unterstützung bei Wartungen, Kalibrierungen und Gerätequalifizierungen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in Labororganisation, Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen.
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben im Laborumfeld.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, CTA, Biologielaborantin, Chemielaborantin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Laborumfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Hohes Organisationsvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, praktische Aufgaben eigenständig anzupacken und Verantwortung für einen gut funktionierenden Laborbetrieb zu übernehmen.
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Laborgeräten und Infrastruktur.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
