Job Summary

You will prepare and cook Western dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring quality and timely service during. Lunch hours only from Friday to Sunday and evenings Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Western cuisine dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
  • 5 days a week
  • Manage kitchen tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to maintain smooth service and contribute to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and dish wash area following food safety standards
  • Participate in the quarterly incentive program
  • Get a share of tips from the front-of-house team $300-$400 monthly
