Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du übernimmst die strategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Kundenmanagements und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen wachsen, Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam starke Ergebnisse erzielen.
  • Du bist Gesicht und Stimme unserer Agentur bei wichtigen Terminen, Verhandlungen und Pitches. Dabei baust du langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und positionierst pilot als strategischen Partner auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du erkennst, was Kund*innen bewegt, und entwickelst daraus klare, kreative und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Kommunikationsstrategien.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Strategie, Media, Einkauf und weiteren Bereichen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren und Projekte effizient umgesetzt werden.
  • Du führst Vertrags- und Budgetverhandlungen, steuerst Rentabilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit und sorgst für Transparenz in Prozessen und Entscheidungen.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, agierst lösungsorientiert und hast dabei stets sowohl die Ziele deiner Kund*innen als auch die strategischen Interessen von pilot im Blick.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Menschen mit Vertrauen, Klarheit und Begeisterung zu führen.
  • Sehr fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Media in einer Mediaagentur.
  • Tiefes Verständnis für strategische Konzepte, Kommunikation und Markenführung.
  • Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Marken und die individuellen Bedürfnisse deiner Kund*innen – und die Fähigkeit, daraus maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Erfahrung in Mediaplanung oder in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit crossmedialen Teams.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick – auch in herausfordernden Situationen.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot, awork oder Power BI ist von Vorteil – wichtiger ist deine Bereitschaft, dich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
