Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du führst unsere Beratungsteams fachlich und sorgst für Struktur, Orientierung und Qualität in der Zusammenarbeit.
  • Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Projekte rund laufen, Kund*innen exzellent betreut werden und das Team einen starken Zusammenhalt lebt.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Briefings, Timings, Kapazitäten und Budgets und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe effizient sind und Ergebnisse überzeugen.
  • Du verstehst, was Kund*innen brauchen, übersetzt ihre Ziele in umsetzbare Kommunikationslösungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit Strategie, Media, Einkauf und Legal zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv unsere Pitch-Teams, bringst deine Expertise in die Vorbereitung ein und präsentierst unsere Ideen in starken, zielgruppengerechten Stories.
  • In Terminen trittst du souverän auf und stärkst die Rolle von pilot als verlässlichen Partner.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für neue Entwicklungen, relevante Trends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und nutzt dieses Wissen, um dein Team und eure Kund*innen nach vorn zu bringen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Media, Kommunikation oder Markenführung.
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen mit Klarheit, Vertrauen und Begeisterung zu führen.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Marken und Kund*innen – und die Fähigkeit, daraus Lösungen zu entwickeln, die inspirieren und funktionieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, packst an und behältst auch bei vielen Projekten den Überblick.
  • Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit operativer Stärke – und weißt, wann es Zeit ist, Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset zeichnen dich aus. Du behältst dabei immer die Ziele deiner Kund*innen und die Interessen von pilot im Blick.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot, awork oder Power BI ist ein Plus – wichtiger ist deine Offenheit, dich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
