Desde PIMEC estamos seleccionando para empresa dedicada a la elaboración de cerveza artesanal, un/a COMERCIAL AUTÓNOMO/A para impulsar la distribución y comercialización de sus productos, ampliando su presencia en el mercado y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Tu MISIÓN será Tu principal objetivo será desarrollar la red comercial y ampliar la cartera de clientes, dando a conocer la gama de cervezas artesanales de la compañía y generando nuevas oportunidades de distribución en el canal profesional.

  • Captar nuevos clientes y puntos de venta interesados en incorporar cerveza artesanal a su oferta.
  • Desarrollar y ampliar la red de distribución del producto.
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciales en establecimientos de hostelería, restauración, tiendas especializadas y otros canales de venta.
  • Presentar y dar a conocer la gama de productos, destacando sus características y propuesta de valor.
  • Gestionar y fidelizar la cartera de clientes, manteniendo relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las oportunidades comerciales y negociar las condiciones de venta.
  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y proponer acciones para impulsar la distribución.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas y desarrollo comercial, preferiblemente en el sector de alimentación y bebidas.
  • Se valorará especialmente disponer de cartera propia de clientes y contactos comerciales en el canal HORECA, distribución o tiendas especializadas.
  • Conocimiento del mercado de la hostelería, restauración y distribución.
  • Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y orientación a resultados. Autonomía, iniciativa y capacidad para organizar y desarrollar la propia actividad comercial.
  • Interés por el mundo de la cerveza artesanal y los productos de calidad.
  • Disponibilidad para colaborar en régimen de autónomo/a.
