A Pimec busquem incorporar un/a professional amb vocació de servei a l'empresa per formar part de l'equip de Consultoria Estratègica i Finançament.

La persona seleccionada treballarà directament amb petites empreses, negocis familiars i persones emprenedores en processos clau per al seu futur: accés al finançament, relleu generacional i transmissió empresarial.

Responsabilitats

Missió:

Acompanyar empreses en moments de transformació i presa de decisions estratègiques, ajudant-les a identificar alternatives de finançament i a afrontar amb èxit processos de relleu generacional, compravenda i continuïtat empresarial.

Tasques:

  • Assessorar petites empreses en l'anàlisi de les seves necessitats de finançament.
  • Participar en projectes de transmissió, compravenda i traspàs de negocis.
  • Preparar documentació i memòries associades a expedients de finançament.
  • Identificar oportunitats de connexió entre empreses transmitents i potencials compradors.
  • Mantenir interlocució amb empresaris, professionals i entitats participants en els projectes.
  • Coordinar i fer seguiment dels processos de continuïtat empresarial fins a la seva resolució.

Requisits

Busquem una persona amb formació universitària en ADE, Economia, Dret o disciplines relacionades amb la gestió empresarial.

Valorarem experiència en consultoria empresarial, gestories i despatxos professionals, entitats financeres, associacions empresarials, organismes de promoció econòmica i serveis d'acompanyament a empreses.

També serà important aportar capacitat analítica, habilitats de relació i comunicació, organització i seguiment de projectes, iniciativa i autonomia, i orientació al servei i a l'empresa.
