DIRECTOR/A

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

- Ejecutar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

- Planificar a corto, medio y largo plazo.

- Tomar decisiones clave del negocio y realizar seguimiento y análisis de KPI’s.

- Supervisar el funcionamiento diario de la empresa.

- Coordinar los distintos departamentos y equipos.

- Priorizar tareas y resolver incidencias operativas.

- Controlar ingresos y gastos.

- Gestionar la relación con contabilidad, bancos y asesores externos.

- Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en reuniones, llamadas y visitas.

- Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos y terceros.

- Negociar acuerdos con cuentas VIP.

- Liderar procesos de selección y contratación.

- Definir roles, responsabilidades y estructura organizativa.

- Motivar, acompañar y realizar seguimiento al equipo.

- Representar institucionalmente a la empresa.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

- Sólida experiencia en la dirección y operativa de una pyme, muy valorable del sector de equipamiento de cocinas.

- Dominio del inglés, francés y castellano.

- Manejo de Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook).

- Muy valorable haber trabajado con el ERP OUI o SAP.

- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel puntual en ferias del sector.

- Persona con habilidades de liderazgo, comunicativa, colaborativa, organizada y analítica.

¿Qué beneficios te aportaremos?

- Contrato indefinido.

- Salario a convenir en función de la experiencia en el sector.

- Horario de 8 a 14h y de 15 a 17:30h de lunes a jueves, viernes de 8 a 14h.

Jornada intensiva los meses de julio y agosto.
