Empresa tecnológica especializada en el diseño, desarrollo, fabricación e integración de instrumentación científica y dispositivos mecánicos y electromecánicos de precisión busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Montaje Electromecánico para formar parte de su equipo técnico.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Montaje mecánico de equipos y mecanismos de precisión.
  • Interpretación de planos mecánicos y documentación de montaje.
  • Ajuste y alineamiento de componentes mecánicos.
  • Realización de mediciones y verificaciones dimensionales.
  • Utilización de instrumentos de medida como calibre, micrómetro o comparador.
  • Montaje de componentes eléctricos y electrónicos.
  • Fabricación y montaje de cableados, conectores y pequeños conjuntos eléctricos.
  • Integración de sensores, motores, finales de carrera y otros componentes electromecánicos.
  • Realización de pruebas funcionales siguiendo procedimientos establecidos.
  • Apoyo a los ingenieros durante la integración, puesta a punto y validación de los equipos.
  • Preparación de ensayos.
  • Registro y documentación del trabajo realizado.
  • Detección de posibles errores o incidencias durante el proceso de montaje.
  • Participación progresiva en montajes destinados a sistemas de vacío y ultra-alto vacío (UHV).

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

  • Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial, Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Fabricación Mecánica, Automatización, Electrónica o similar.
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos mecánicos.
  • Habilidad e interés por el montaje de equipos y mecanismos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con precisión y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas e instrumentos de medida.
  • Capacidad para seguir procedimientos técnicos y documentar correctamente el trabajo realizado.
  • Interés por aprender y adquirir progresivamente mayor autonomía.
