The posting

As Pink Parlour Graphic Designer you are responsible for the following:

  • Creating visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • To assist both on creative execution
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and overall brand guidelines.
  • Translating conceptual ideas and briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Ensuring that designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.
  • assist on all creative works
  • Project manage all printing collaterials and merch
  • Products 1x a month tiktok or 4. 700 pesos commision for every video produced ( shared to someone who helped)

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
