Komplexe Bauprojekte effizient, transparent und gemeinsam erfolgreich umsetzen. Von der Planung bis zur Realisierung. Wenn du Beratung nicht theoretisch verstehst, sondern mitten im Projekt wirksam sein willst, bist du als Senior Berater mit Schwerpunkt Datacenter und pharmazeutischen Anlagen bei PLACE Strategy richtig.

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für mehrere Projekte aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen des Bauwesens (vornehmlich Datacenter und Pharma) und treibst die Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Prozessen voran
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Auftraggebern, Planern und ausführenden Unternehmen zusammen – auch in einem internationalen Kontext
  • Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für unsere Kernleistungen und setzt bei unseren Kunden ein ganzheitliches Beratungskonzept um
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens aktiv im Team und gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung. Als Senior-Berater leitest du Kolleginnen und Kollegen in deinen Projektteams an

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Abschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder in einem verwandten Bereich mit Fokus auf Planung, Ausführung, Immobilien, Prozesse oder Projektmanagement
  • Du bringst 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer Bauprojekte oder in der baunahen Beratung mit. Dabei hast du Erfahrungen in Bauprojekten wie Datacentern, pharmazeutischen Anlagen oder vergleichbaren komplexen Industrie- bzw. Großbauvorhaben
  • Dich qualifiziert verhandlungssicheres Bau-Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Projektteams, Auftraggebern und Lieferanten)
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich präsentieren und agierst souverän als Moderator – sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Du bringst idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrungen mit Lean Construction mit oder hast die Bereitschaft, dich schnell und intensiv in das Thema einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, denkst unternehmerisch, findest praxisnahe Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Lust, Kunden vor Ort bei nachhaltigen Verbesserungen zu unterstützen
