Infrastrukturprojekte ganzheitlich besser machen! Fachlich exzellent, organisatorisch wirksam und gemeinsam im Team – von der Planungsphase bis zum Bauprozess. Wenn du Beratung nicht nur umsetzen, sondern den Bereich für Schienen- und Verkehrsinfrastruktur als Senior/Teamlead weiterentwickeln möchtest, bist du bei PLACE Strategy richtig.

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für unser Team im Bereich Schienen- und Verkehrs-infrastruktur und entwickelst es gezielt weiter
  • Du baust unseren Infrastruktur-Schwerpunkt strategisch mit auf, von Angeboten und Akquise bis zur langfristigen Marktpositionierung
  • Du führst zentrale Kundenbeziehungen, berätst auf Augenhöhe und bist in einigen Projekten selbst als Berater tätig
  • Du bringst Lean-Methoden sicher ins Team und zu unseren Kunden und moderierst Workshops sowie anspruchsvolle Situationen
  • Du sorgst für einen stabilen Projektablauf, gute Auslastung im Team und klare Prioritäten im Alltag
  • Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für unsere Kernleistungen und setzt bei unseren Kunden ein ganzheitliches Beratungskonzept um

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Abschluss im Bauwesen, bestenfalls vertieft im Bahnwesen oder Verkehrsinfrastruktur oder in einem verwandten Bereich mit Fokus auf Planung, Ausführung oder Projektmanagement
  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung, Projektsteuerung oder im Projektmanagement von Infrastruktur- bzw. Eisenbahnprojekten
  • Deine Stärken sind eine ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, auch in komplexen Sonderfällen
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse der Lean-Philosophie und relevanter Lean-Methoden sowie die Fähigkeit, diese sicher zu vermitteln
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden mit oder hast die klare Ambition, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich präsentieren und agierst souverän als Moderator – sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, denkst unternehmerisch, findest praxisnahe Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Lust, Kunden vor Ort bei nachhaltigen Verbesserungen zu unterstützen
