pladis recrute pour sa marque historique BN, un·e Opérateur·trice de production, sur son site de Vertou (44) dans le cadre d’un CDI.

⚡ Le poste

Rattaché·e au Chef de Ligne du secteur concerné, votre mission consiste à fabriquer nos produits selon les règles de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaires édictées par l’entreprise.

Pour cela, vous serez amené·e à :

  • Compléter et exploiter les documents du poste (traçabilité et cartes de contrôle)
  • Détecter et réagir aux dysfonctionnements de la machine et des outils de contrôle de l’environnement du poste
  • Prendre part aux interventions de maintenance de premier niveau
  • Maintenir en état d’ordre et de propreté votre environnement de travail
  • Transmettre des compétences techniques, des informations et des consignes sur le poste
  • Assurer l'alimentation des équipements de productions en composants (matériaux d'emballage, ingrédients)
  • Assurer les changements de produits/format
  • Assurer le nettoyage de fin de cycle de l'équipement

🌟 Votre profil

Doté·e d’une première expérience en industrie agroalimentaire, vous maitrisez les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Vous possédez diverses compétences en conduite de machines (ensacheuse, étuyeuse, encartonneuse…) et connaissez le travail sur ligne en flux continu.

📋 Conditions du poste

  • Temps de travail : 38h45 par semaine
  • Rythme de travail : 3*8 avec une organisation sur 3 semaines : matin/nuit/après-midi
  • Rémunération mensuelle brute comprise entre 2178€ et 2360€ selon le poste occupé sur la ligne, complétée d’un 13ème mois et d’une prime vacances de 1005€
  • Majoration nuit à 30.57%, prime de travail alterné, prime panier
  • 22 RTT + 2 ponts par an
  • Avantages CSE, CET, mutuelle prise en charge pour le salarié (premier niveau), indemnité de transport et restaurant d'entreprise à prix avantageux
