A área de Processos atua apoiando diferentes áreas e regionais do Grupo Plaenge na melhoria contínua e padronização dos processos, por meio da aplicação de metodologias e ferramentas de gestão. Buscamos um(a) Analista de Processos para apoiar projetos de melhoria, realizar diagnósticos, acompanhar a implantação de metodologias e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de ferramentas e indicadores de gestão. A posição envolve contato com diferentes áreas e equipes, proporcionando uma visão ampla do negócio e participação direta em iniciativas de melhoria dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a execução de projetos de melhoria de processos, sob orientação da equipe; Aplicar e acompanhar metodologias de gestão já estabelecidas pela empresa; Coletar e organizar dados e informações, contribuindo para diagnósticos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria; Organizar e conduzir workshops com equipes de diferentes áreas; Apoiar a criação e adaptação de ferramentas de gestão, visando à padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos; Desenvolver indicadores, relatórios e materiais para acompanhamento dos resultados; Realizar treinamentos sobre metodologias e ferramentas de gestão; Acompanhar a implantação das melhorias propostas e apoiar as equipes envolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Formação em Engenharia; Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint; Facilidade para análise e organização de informações; Boa comunicação oral e escrita; Disponibilidade para interação com diferentes áreas e equipes.

Diferenciais:

Experiência acadêmica, estágio ou profissional envolvendo análise de processos, indicadores ou melhoria contínua; Facilidade para elaboração de apresentações e condução de reuniões ou treinamentos;Conhecimento do software Primavera ou Project MS;
