🔧 Vaga: ANALISTA DE PROCESSOS Estamos em busca de um ANALISTA DE PROCESSOS para integrar nosso time e fazer a diferença na nossa operação.O profissional será responsável por analisar, mapear, redesenhar e otimizar processos organizacionais, visando melhorar a eficiência, reduzir custos e garantir a qualidade das operações. Atua na identificação de oportunidades de melhorias, padronização de processos e procedimentos, e, implementação de boas práticas, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos das empresas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES Mapear, analisar, documentar e otimizar processos organizacionais, identificando gargalos, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria. Elaborar e manter atualizados fluxogramas, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, formulários e demais documentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade. Implementar e acompanhar projetos de melhoria contínua utilizando metodologias Lean Manufacturing e ferramentas da qualidade. Desenvolver, monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), propondo ações corretivas e preventivas para melhoria dos resultados. Conduzir treinamentos, workshops e ações de sensibilização sobre processos, qualidade e melhoria contínua. Facilitar grupos de trabalho e eventos de melhoria envolvendo áreas operacionais e administrativas. Acompanhar cronogramas, status e resultados de projetos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, análises de desempenho, apresentações e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão. Realizar o controle documental do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, assegurando a conformidade e rastreabilidade das informações. Gerenciar o controle e a atualização dos certificados de calibração dos equipamentos de medição. Monitorar indicadores de perdas, refugos, retrabalhos e não conformidades, desenvolvendo planos de ação junto às áreas envolvidas. Investigar e tratar não conformidades internas, de clientes e fornecedores, acompanhando a eficácia das ações implementadas. Definir e controlar critérios de aceitação de produtos conforme requisitos de clientes, normas e especificações técnicas. Participar do desenvolvimento de novos produtos, acompanhando testes, validações e ensaios de performance e resistência. Realizar auditorias internas e em fornecedores, garantindo conformidade com requisitos de qualidade e processos. Promover a integração entre Qualidade, Produção e demais áreas, assegurando maior eficiência operacional e foco na satisfação dos clientes. Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado e executar outras atividades correlatas às necessidades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS DO CARGO:Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Entre 2 e 4 anos de experiência em mapeamento e melhoria de processos, Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, elaboração de indicadores, auditorias, tratamento de não conformidades, Lean Manufacturing, treinamentos e acompanhamento de projetos industriais.Habilidades Técnicas: Mapeamento e redesenho de processos, Lean Manufacturing e Melhoria Contínua, Ferramentas da Qualidade (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa), Gestão de Indicadores (KPIs), Elaboração de procedimentos, ITs e formulários, Pacote Office avançado (Excel e PowerPoint), Auditorias internas e fornecedores, Gestão de cronogramas e projetos, Controle de calibração e documentação.Habilidades Comportamentais: Visão analítica, Comunicação e influência, Organização, Proatividade, Trabalho em equipe, Senso de urgência, Foco em resultados, Capacidade de treinamento e facilitação.Informações adicionaisPresencial em Cambé -Pr🤝PJ ou CLT💰Remuneração compatível com o mercado;💉Assistência médica;🩺Plano de Saúde;🦷Plano odontológico;🍽️Refeição na empresa;🚌VT e/ou Fretamento🏋️Total Pass🤝Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;🛠️Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
