Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Servicekollegen aus dem Innendienst.
  • Telefonisch und per Fernzugriff analysierst du technische Störungen und leitest unsere Kunden oder Kollegen vor Ort an.
  • Die Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen und das Troubleshooting gehören zu deinem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Technische Anfragen koordinierst du eigenständig und sorgst für eine reibungslose Bearbeitung von der Angebots Erstellung bis zur Abrechnung.
  • Im Notfall unterstützt du unsere Kollegen im Außendienst und begleitest Serviceeinsätze vor Ort.

Die Dokumentation von Lösungswegen und Servicevorgängen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. zum Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar) und gerne auch eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Technische Zusammenhänge begeistern dich und die Fehlersuche macht dir erst richtig Spaß.
  • Herausforderungen gehst du strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert an.
  • Der Austausch mit Kunden und Kollegen fällt dir leicht.
  • Mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen gehst du sicher um.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Service, Support oder Außendienst sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Gelegentliche Außendiensteinsätze und Kundenbesuche siehst du als willkommene Abwechslung.
  • Berührungspunkte mit der Biogasbranche sind ein Plus, wichtiger ist uns jedoch deine technische Neugier und Lernbereitschaft.
