Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften der PlanET-Gruppe und trägst maßgeblich zu einer verlässlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Finanzbuchhaltung bei.
  • Die selbstständige Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB gehört zu deinem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Bei anspruchsvollen bilanziellen und umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Auch im operativen Rechnungswesen behältst du den Überblick und packst bei Bedarf mit an.
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Systemen im Rechnungswesen bringst du deine Erfahrung aktiv ein und treibst Themen eigenständig voran.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Sonderprojekte und bereichsübergreifende Fragestellungen und bist Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Betriebsprüfer sowie interne und externe Stakeholder.
  • Fundierte Analysen, Auswertungen und Reports für das Management runden dein Aufgabenfeld ab.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung gesammelt.
  • Erste Erfahrungen bei der Erstellung von Monats- oder Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB konntest du bereits sammeln.
  • Zahlen, Buchhaltung und Abschlüsse sind genau dein Ding.
  • Du bist zahlenaffin, arbeitest gerne datenbasiert und gehst den Dingen auch mal auf den Grund.
  • Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und pragmatische Lösungsansätze zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag bringst du mit.
  • Eigenverantwortung macht dir Spaß und im Team fühlst du dich genauso wohl.
  • Mit Excel arbeitest du sicher, Kenntnisse in Power BI sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
