Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind Immobilienprofi bzw. Immobilienmakler:in mit regionalen Marktkenntnissen
  • Sie sind akquise-, beratungs- und kommunikationsstark
  • Sie legen eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise an den Tag
  • Sie besitzen hohe Eigenmotivation und haben Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen sowie Kooperationspartner:innen
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und und schätzen fachlichen Austausch
  • Führerschein B erforderlich

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verantworten die erfolgreiche Immobilienvermittlung von der Akquise der Objekte bis zur notariell beglaubigten Kaufvertragsunterzeichnung
  • Sie generieren und bearbeiten Leads bzw. Tipps aus diversen Quellen (Bank- und Versicherungspartner, Onlineleads etc.)
  • Sie betreuen je nach Gebiet exklusiv unsere Bankpartner vor Ort
  • Sie holen alle Informationen zu den Objekten ein, erstellen ein aussagekräftiges Exposé, beraten Eigentümer:innen sowie Interessent:innen bei allen Fragen zu Verkauf bzw Kauf
  • Sie bearbeiten die Anfragen zu Ihren Objekten, führen Besichtigungen durch und unterstützen Käufer:innen und Verkäufer:innen bei der Abwicklung des Immobiliengeschäfts
