What you bring

- 8+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS, with a track record of exceeding quota in an outbound, new-logo environment

- 2+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams

- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company. You thrive in ambiguity and write your own playbooks.

- A player-coach mindset: you carry your own number and lead from the front on the biggest deals

- Executive presence, sharp business acumen and the technical curiosity to master the product

TRAJECTORY

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of new-logo hunters, selling to leading technology and AI companies. You’ll close your own deals while building the team that drives Planhat’s next phase of growth. You will:

- Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives

- Coach from the front on live deals and show what great looks like

- Lead C-suite conversations and build business cases for major decisions

- Own forecasting and pipeline health for your team

- Shape our go-to-market strategy and turn wins into repeatable playbooks

DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

We’re building one of our biggest commercial hubs in [Boston / London], and you’ll lead the team at its heart. Within 12 months, your team will consistently exceed its targets, and your playbooks will be used well beyond your own team. We’re in the office every day, side by side, because that’s how we coach, learn, and win.
