A Planning Consultoria e Treinamentos está contratando para atuação presencial na Mina Serra Azul (Itatiaiuçu/MG), em contrato de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção gerido pela Planning Consultoria. As funções operam em ambiente SAP PM, com rotinas estruturadas de inspeção, planejamento, aprovisionamento, programação, preparação e execução.

MISSÃO DO CARGO (2 vagas | Elétrica) Assegurar que todo serviço elétrico chegue à programação com escopo detalhado, HH estimado, materiais identificados e riscos mapeados — entregando ordens prontas para programar e executáveis na primeira tentativa.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES • Analisar e planejar as notas elétricas, convertendo demanda em ordem com escopo, passo a passo, HH por especialidade, ferramental e recursos de apoio. • Detalhar listas de técnicas e planos de manutenção preventiva no SAP PM, mantendo estratégias, pacotes e ciclos coerentes com a criticidade do ativo. • Levantar materiais e sobressalentes em campo, verificar disponibilidade e abrir requisições com antecedência compatível com o lead time. • Manter o mapa de 52 semanas atualizado e nivelado, evitando picos de carga e sobreposição de intervenções no mesmo ativo. • Realizar o planejamento em campo (field planning), com registro fotográfico e identificação de condições de acesso, bloqueio e segurança. • Tratar o backlog elétrico: classificar, priorizar, eliminar duplicidades e garantir a qualidade do cadastro de notas e ordens. • Realimentar o histórico dos ativos após a execução, sustentando as análises de confiabilidade e a revisão dos planos.

REQUISITOS • Ensino Técnico completo em Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica ou Eletromecânica; superior em andamento é desejável. • Experiência em planejamento de manutenção elétrica em indústria de grande porte. • Domínio de SAP PM: criação de planos, estratégias, listas de tarefas, IA05/IA06, IP10/IP42 e planejamento de operações e componentes. • Leitura de diagramas unifilares, esquemas elétricos e documentação técnica. • NR-10 válida (SEP desejável) e Excel avançado.

DIFERENCIAIS • Conhecimento de sistemas de média e alta tensão, acionamentos, inversõres e automação. • Vivência com LSMW / carga massiva e padronização de cadastro no SAP PM. • Experiência em mineração ou beneficiamento mineral.
