Die PlanOrg ist ein inhabergeführtes IT-Unternehmen, 1998 in Jena gegründet und seitdem auf das Gesundheitswesen spezialisiert. Mit BI.healthcare unterstützen wir Kliniken und Gesundheitseinrichtungen dabei, betriebswirtschaftliche und klinische Daten in integrierten BI-Lösungen zusammenzuführen. Für den Bereich Personalcontrolling suchen wir eine Beraterin oder einen Berater. Du führst Einführungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live und entwickelst unsere Produkte fachlich weiter. Wir sind ein motiviertes Team mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Wegen, vom Praktikanten bis zur Geschäftsführung.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Beratung von Kunden im Personalcontrolling
  • Vollständige Umsetzung von Einführungsprojekten mit SAP, Jedox und Eigenentwicklungen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops
  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareprodukte
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Vor-Ort-Termine bei Kunden (ca. 10 % Reisetätigkeit)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfahrung als Controller im Bereich Human Resources
  • Interesse, betriebswirtschaftliche und klinische Prozesse zu verstehen und in BI-Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Freude an kundenorientierter Beratung
  • Wünschenswert: praktische Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Wünschenswert: Vorkenntnisse in SAP BI oder Jedox
  • Bereitschaft zu kundenorientierter Dienstleistung
