Einleitung

Für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir ab sofort eine Schwangerschaftsvertretung mit 30 Std./Woche, befristet für mindestens 1 Jahr. Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung vor Ort ist Homeoffice möglich – unser Team arbeitet aber gerne gemeinsam vor Ort, daher freuen wir uns, wenn du regelmäßig dabei bist. Du übernimmst die Finanzbuchhaltung für zwei Gesellschaften und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Zahlen jederzeit verlässlich sind.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung zweier Gesellschaften und Geschäftsbereiche
  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher Geschäftsprozesse im Rahmen der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung von Liquidität, Durchführung Zahlläufe, Bearbeitung der OP-Listen, inklusive des Mahnwesens
  • Eigenständige Kontenabstimmung und -pflege
  • Erstellung Monatsabschlüsse und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellung statistischer Meldungen
  • Erstellung monatliches Berichtswesen und Reporting an Geschäftsleitung
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung/Steuerberater/Behörden

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel
  • Kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit und Flexibilität für eine zügige Einarbeitung
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten
