Descripción del puesto:

Brindar soporte integral al proceso de credencialización del personal, gestionando de forma eficiente la emisión, control, recuperación y envío de credenciales, así como el registro y administración de accesos mediante plataformas designadas. Este puesto garantiza que cada colaborador cuente con los accesos adecuados desde su ingreso, y contribuye activamente al cumplimiento de los lineamientos de seguridad, apoyando también en la recepción de visitantes en el Site. Su labor es clave para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro, ordenado y alineado a los procesos internos de la organización.

Responsaibilidades:

  • Emitir credenciales para nuevos ingresos, reingresos y cambios de posición o acceso.
  • Gestionar la recuperación de credenciales de ex empleados.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento al envío de credenciales para personal foráneo.
  • Validar y archivar documentación necesaria para la emisión de credenciales.
  • Asegurar que los accesos otorgados correspondan al nivel y rol del colaborador, en apego a los lineamientos de seguridad.
  • Fungir como recepcionista de visitantes en el sitio, asegurando el registro adecuado y la emisión de gafetes temporales.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con áreas operativas, RH y seguridad para asegurar una gestión alineada con los procesos internos.
  • Administrar y controlar los insumos necesarios para el proceso de credencialización, incluyendo materiales como plásticos, tarjetas, toners, lanyers, etc.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de estos recursos, realizar solicitudes de reposición cuando sea necesario y mantener un inventario actualizado para garantizar la continuidad operativa sin interrupciones.
  • Asegurar que toda la documentación relacionada con credenciales y suministros esté correctamente archivada.
  • Verificar la precisión de la información, mantener los datos actualizados y brindar soporte básico a usuarios en caso de dudas o errores en la plataforma.

Requisitos:

- Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en un rol administrativo en recursos humanos o una posición similar. - Deseable experiencia en áreas de seguridad, control de accesos o credencialización, recepción. - Familiaridad con sistemas de recursos humanos como Airtable o similares. - Manejo básico-intermedio de paquetería Office o Google. - Manejo de sistemas de control de acceso (deseable). - Orientación al detalle, seguimiento y sentido de urgencia. - Comunicación efectiva y actitud de servicio.
