Al integrarte como Supervisor en campo te asegurarás de la calidad del servicio prestado por los agentes embajadores a través del correcto liderazgo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de performance. Adicional debe realizar la correcta gestión administrativa de su equipo garantizando tasas bajas de rotación.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en supervisión de equipos, preferiblemente en operaciones o ventas.
  • Experiencia en ventas cara a cara y/o atención al cliente.
  • Capacidad para supervisar equipos en una o varias ciudades.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
  • Habilidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de métricas y objetivos establecidos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Habilidad para motivar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Acompañar a los embajadores en campo, proporcionando mentoría y apoyo continuo. Realizar reportes y seguimientos para asegurar que los embajadores alcancen sus metas y cumplan con los KPIs establecidos.
  • Supervisar las actividades diarias de los embajadores, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos. Proporcionar capacitación y desarrollo continuo para mejorar las habilidades y competencias del equipo.
  • Planificar y coordinar las actividades del equipo, asignando tareas y asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y objetivos. Mantener una comunicación constante con otros departamentos para coordinar esfuerzos y optimizar recursos.
  • Realizar análisis periódicos del rendimiento del equipo y de las operaciones, identificando áreas de mejora y proponiendo acciones correctivas. Implementar prácticas de mejora continua para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.
  • Reportar incidencias al departamento de Recursos Humanos, asegurando una comunicación fluida y oportuna sobre cualquier problema que afecte la operación del equipo. Generar informes detallados sobre los resultados y el desempeño del equipo.
  • Gestionar la recepción y entrega de tarjetas, asegurando un control preciso del inventario para evitar faltantes y garantizar la disponibilidad continua.
