Chef de partie (H/F) – 2 postes à pourvoir en CDI à Paris

Conditions communes

  • CDI, temps plein (35 h par semaine)
  • Rémunération : 24 000 à 25 000 € brut annuels

Poste 1 – Paris 5e (Métro / RER Luxembourg)

  • Horaires : 8h – 15h30
  • Planning en roulement sur 7 jours
  • 2 jours de repos consécutifs selon le roulement : vendredi-samedi, samedi-dimanche ou dimanche-lundi

Poste 2 – Paris, rue de Châteaudun

  • Horaires : 8h30 – 16h
  • Du lundi au vendredi (repos le week-end)

Missions :

Au sein d’un restaurant d’entreprise haut de gamme à forte cadence, le Chef de Partie est responsable de la préparation des plats, de la mise en place jusqu’au dressage. Il travaille à partir des préparations livrées par le laboratoire de Qualité & Co.

Il assure la production culinaire et le bon déroulement du service sur son stand d’affectation (trattoria, cuisine du monde, grillades…), en binôme avec un Commis de Cuisine.

La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle. Selon le site, les convives peuvent passer commande directement auprès du Chef de Partie ou du Commis.

Réalisations :

  • Assurer la mise en place de son poste et organiser la production
  • Réaliser les préparations, les cuissons et les finitions des plats
  • Organiser et superviser le travail du Commis de Cuisine
  • Prendre les commandes directement auprès des convives
  • Assurer le service dans les délais et veiller à la qualité des préparations
  • Assurer le réapprovisionnement du stand durant le service
  • Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation du poste avant, pendant et après le service
  • Participer à la réception, au contrôle et au rangement des marchandises
  • Respecter les normes HACCP et les consignes d'hygiène
