Missions

Le Plongeur polyvalent assure le nettoyage de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et des équipements de cuisine au sein du restaurant d'entreprise des Galeries Lafayette.

Il travaille aux côtés du Chef de Partie et participe également aux tâches simples de préparation et d'organisation de la cuisine.

Il contribue au bon déroulement du service en garantissant un environnement de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux règles d'hygiène.

Réalisations :

  • Assurer le nettoyage de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et du matériel de cuisine
  • Réaliser la plonge et garantir la disponibilité du matériel pendant le service
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les plans de travail, les équipements et les espaces de cuisine
  • Aider le Chef de Partie dans les préparations simples et la mise en place
  • Participer à la réception et au rangement des marchandises et des préparations livrées par le laboratoire central
  • Assurer le rangement et la bonne organisation des espaces de travail
  • Respecter les normes HACCP et les consignes d'hygiène et de sécurité
  • Faire preuve de polyvalence, de rigueur et d'esprit d'équipe
