الهدف من الوظيفة

التأكد من أن الأعمال الإنشائية والمدنية تُنفَّذ في الموقع وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات وعقد التنفيذ. الدور إشرافي فقط ولا يتضمن أعمال تصميم، التعليمات الرسمية تصدر عن المهندس المقيم.

المهام الرئيسية

  • الكشف اليومي على الأعمال الإنشائية: الحفر والردم، الأساسات، الكوفراج، التسليح، الصب، والمنشآت المعدنية.
  • استلام طلبات الكشف من المقاول والموافقة على الأعمال أو رفضها قبل الصب.
  • حضور عمليات صب البيتون ومتابعة المعالجة.
  • فحص المواد الواردة إلى الموقع (إسمنت، حديد تسليح، بيتون ، حديد إنشائي) ومطابقتها مع العينات والشهادات المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) وطرق التنفيذ واعتمادات المواد وإبداء الرأي الفني فيها.
  • الرد على استفسارات المقاول الفنية بالتنسيق مع المهندس المقيم.
  • طلب العينات وحضور الاختبارات في الموقع والمخابر المعتمدة، وحفظ سجل بنتائجها.
  • متابعة تقدّم الأعمال مقارنة بالبرنامج الزمني المعتمد والتبليغ عن أي تأخير.
  • تدقيق كميات الأعمال المنفذة لدعم كشوف الدفع، وإبداء الرأي الفني في الأعمال الإضافية والمطالبات.
  • إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والمساهمة في التقرير الشهري.
  • إعداد قائمة الملاحظات والعيوب ومتابعة إصلاحها.
  • المشاركة في أعمال الاستلام الابتدائي.

المؤهلات والخبرات

  • إجازة في الهندسة المدنية، ويُفضَّل اختصاص إنشائي.
  • عضوية سارية في نقابة المهندسين السوريين.
  • خبرة حوالي 7 سنوات في تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية أو الإشراف عليها.
  • خبرة في مشروع صناعي واحد على الأقل (معمل، مستودع، هنغار معدني أو ما يماثله).
  • معرفة جيدة بالكود العربي السوري، وقدرة على العمل وفق المواصفات الدولية المحددة في المشروع.
  • لغة إنكليزية جيدة لقراءة المواصفات وكتابة التقارير.
  • إتقان Safe - Etabs- AutoCAD وبرامج Office.
  • يُفضَّل من سبق له العمل مع جهة استشارية أو شركة دولية.
